Reports

Analyze your business data with built-in and custom reports covering financials, sales overview, bookings, payments, invoices, and user-defined queries.

Reports give you insight into your business performance. Itsy provides five built-in reports for the most common needs -- financials, sales overview, bookings, payments, and invoices -- plus a custom reporting engine for anything else.

Built-in reports

These reports are ready to use immediately with no setup required:

InvoicesInvoice history with client details, amounts, tax breakdowns, saved views, and CSV export.Reviewing issued invoices for a period and exporting data for accounting.

Chip-based filters

Most reports use a chip-based filter bar. Filters appear as compact chips in a horizontal row. Click a chip to edit it, click the X to remove it, or click + to add optional filters. The date filter is always visible on most reports. Other filters are optional and vary by report.

Saved views

The Sales Overview, Bookings, Payments, and Invoices reports support saved views -- named filter configurations that you can save, share with your workspace, and set as your personal default. When you set a default view, it loads automatically each time you open that report.

CSV export

You can export data as a CSV file packaged in a ZIP download. The Sales Overview report also supports email delivery and lets you preview the data before exporting. Financials is the only built-in report without export -- it serves as a read-only dashboard.

Custom reports

When the built-in reports do not cover your needs, use the custom reports engine. Custom reports are reusable, named queries configured by workspace administrators. Each report defines its own parameters that you fill in before running:

  • Text and number inputs for free-form search or numeric thresholds
  • Date and date range pickers for time-based filtering
  • Boolean toggles for include/exclude flags
  • Dropdowns pulling live data from suppliers, trips, payment methods, or segments

Results appear in a dynamic table with auto-formatted dates, numbers, and null indicators. You can export results to CSV, and every execution is logged with the parameters used, row count, and timing.

How it works

  1. Navigate to Reports in the sidebar.
  2. Choose a built-in report or select a custom report from the Custom page.
  3. Set your filters -- date range, supplier, team member, and so on. Most reports update results automatically as you change filters. The Payments report requires at least one date filter before it runs.
  4. Review the data in the table or chart.
  5. Click Export or the download button to get a ZIP file containing your CSV data.

How it connects

  • Orders -- Bookings, payment, and invoice reports pull data from orders, including client information, booking details, and financial data.
  • Trips -- Reports show trip names and departure dates alongside booking and payment data. The Sales Overview tracks capacity and utilization per trip product.
  • Inventory -- The Sales Overview aggregates demand across trips that share the same inventory product, giving you a supply-side view of utilization.
  • Data -- Suppliers, segments, labels, and payment methods appear as filters and groupings across the reporting suite.
