Reports

Analyze your business data with built-in and custom reports covering financials, sales overview, bookings, payments, invoices, and user-defined queries.

Reports give you insight into your business performance. Itsy provides five built-in reports for the most common needs — financials, sales overview, bookings, payments, and invoices — plus a custom reporting system for anything else.

Built-In Reports

These reports are ready to use immediately with no setup required:

ReportWhat It Shows
FinancialsRevenue trends, payments, and booking volume over time with daily breakdowns by segment or label
Sales OverviewThe most feature-rich report. Shows product capacity and utilization across all trips, with booking drill-down, saved named views (private or shared), a column picker for customizing exports, and CSV export via download or email.
BookingsAll bookings across your workspace, filtered by date range, supplier, and labels
PaymentsPayment transactions grouped by payment method, with totals and export
InvoicesInvoice history with client details, amounts, and tax breakdowns

Each built-in report lets you filter by date range, view results in a table, and export the data as a CSV file (packaged as a ZIP download).

Custom Reports

When the built-in reports don't cover your needs, you can use custom reports to create your own. Custom reports are reusable, named queries that your workspace administrator configures. Each report defines its own parameters — date ranges, dropdowns (pulling from suppliers, trips, payment methods, or segments), text inputs, numbers, and boolean toggles — that you fill in before running. Results appear in a dynamic table that you can export to CSV.

Custom reports are useful for ad-hoc analysis, recurring business questions, or any data view that the built-in reports don't cover out of the box.

How It Works

  1. Navigate to Reports in the sidebar
  2. Choose a built-in report or select a custom report from the Custom page
  3. Set your filters (date range, supplier, etc.)
  4. Click Run to generate the results
  5. Review the data in the table
  6. Click Export to download as a ZIP file containing CSV data

How It Connects

  • Orders — Bookings and payment reports pull data from orders, including client information, booking details, and financial data.
  • Trips — Reports show trip names and departure dates alongside booking and payment data.
  • Data — Suppliers, segments, and payment methods appear as filters and groupings in reports.
