Financials Report
Track revenue, payments, and booking volume over time with daily breakdowns by segment or label.
The Financials report gives you a high-level view of your revenue performance over any date range. It shows daily revenue as a bar chart with summary totals for revenue, payments, outstanding balance, order count, and participant count. You can break the data down by segment or label to see which parts of your business are driving results.
Summary cards
At the top of the report, five summary cards show aggregated totals for the selected date range:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Revenue | The combined price of all qualifying orders in the period |
| Total Paid | The total amount that has been paid across those orders |
| Balance | The difference between total revenue and total paid — the outstanding amount still owed |
| Orders | The number of orders included in the period |
| Participants | The total number of participants across all included orders |
These totals update automatically when you change the date range, breakdown, or filters.
Revenue chart
Below the summary cards, a daily bar chart shows how revenue is distributed across the selected period. Each bar represents one day. Hover over a bar to see the exact revenue figure for that date, formatted in your workspace currency.
When you apply a breakdown, the bars become stacked. Each color in the stack represents a different segment or label, making it easy to compare their relative contribution day by day. A legend appears below the chart to identify each color.
Days with no revenue appear as gaps in the chart, so you can quickly spot quiet periods.
Date range
You control the date range in two ways:
Preset buttons
Six preset buttons let you quickly jump to common ranges:
- Last 90d / 60d / 30d — Look back at recent historical performance
- Next 30d / 60d / 90d — Look ahead at upcoming booked revenue
Click Custom to enter your own start and end dates using the date pickers.
Date pickers
Use the From and To date pickers to set any custom range. When you change a date manually, the preset selection clears and switches to custom mode.
Orders are assigned to a date based on their start date (the date the trip or service begins). If an order has no start date, its creation date is used instead.
Breakdown
The Breakdown dropdown controls how revenue data is grouped:
| Option | Effect |
|---|---|
| No breakdown | Shows a single total revenue bar per day |
| By Segment | Splits each day's revenue by segment, with each segment shown as a colored stack in the bar |
| By Label | Splits each day's revenue by label, with each label shown as a colored stack in the bar |
Filtering by segment or label
When you select By Segment, a segment picker appears. You can select one or more specific segments to focus on. If you leave the picker empty, all segments are included.
When you select By Label, a label picker appears with the same behavior — select specific labels or leave it empty to include all labels.
This is useful when you want to compare a small set of segments or labels side by side without noise from the rest.
What is included
The report includes orders in the following statuses: Pending, Confirmed, Completed, and Locked. Orders in Draft or Cancelled status are excluded, since they do not represent committed revenue.
Deleted orders are also excluded.
How it connects
- Segments — Segments categorize your orders by business area. The segment breakdown shows how revenue distributes across these categories.
- Labels — Labels are flexible tags you assign to orders. The label breakdown shows revenue distribution across your custom groupings.
- Orders — All revenue data is derived from your orders, including their prices, payment amounts, participant counts, and dates.
