Email

Configure sender details and customize email templates for order confirmations, payment reminders, receipts, and supplier reports.

Email settings control how outgoing emails are sent from your workspace. You configure the sender address and name, and customize the templates for each type of email your workspace sends.

Sender Settings

Email Templates

Itsy sends several types of automated emails. You can customize the subject line and body content for each one.

Order Confirmation

Sent automatically when a customer completes a booking through the public portal. You can also send it manually from an order page.

Managed Email Templates

In addition to the basic email settings above, Itsy provides managed email templates with more advanced customization. These are pre-built templates for essential communications — Order Overview, Payment Receipt, Payment Reminder, and Supplier Report. See Managed Emails for full details on customizing content, template variables, and content blocks.

Common Tasks

Updating the Sender Address

  1. Navigate to Settings > Email
  2. Update the Sender Email and Sender Name fields
  3. Save your changes

All future emails from your workspace use the new sender details.

Customizing an Email Template

  1. Navigate to Settings > Email
  2. Find the template you want to edit (e.g., Order Confirmation)
  3. Update the subject and body
  4. Save your changes

How It Connects

  • Workspace Settings — The public display name and email set in workspace settings are used as defaults for sender information.
  • Managed Emails — Advanced email templates with content blocks and template variables for system-generated emails.
  • Orders — Order confirmation and payment emails are triggered from orders.
  • Data > Suppliers — Supplier report emails are sent to supplier email addresses configured in your data.
