Branding

Configure your workspace's brand identity -- logo, brand colour, footer details, and links -- shown in your emails and on the customer portal.

Branding settings control how your agency looks to customers. You set a logo, brand colour, company details, and footer links here, and every customer-facing surface uses them: the emails your workspace sends -- confirmations, receipts, reminders -- and the customer portal your customers open to view an order, a group, or a gift certificate. There is one brand identity, so a change made here shows up in both places.

Any field you leave blank falls back to a sensible default (your workspace name, for example). You can preview the result before saving.

Branding Fields

FieldDescription
LogoYour agency's logo displayed at the top of every email and in the customer portal header. Upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF. You can replace or remove it at any time.
Brand ColourThe colour of the header band in your emails and on the customer portal (enter a hex value such as #2563eb). It colours the band only -- buttons, links, and icons keep their standard blue so they stay readable on white.
Display NameThe company name shown in the header and footer, and in the portal page title. Defaults to your workspace name if left blank.
Website URLA link to your website, included in the email and portal footers.
Support PhoneA phone number shown to customers in the email and portal footers.
AddressYour legal or physical address displayed in the email and portal footers.
Footer MessageAn optional sign-off message placed in the email footer (e.g., "Thank you for travelling with us!"). Emails only -- it is written for a reader of an email, so the customer portal does not show it.
Footer LinksNamed links shown at the bottom of your emails and portal pages (e.g., Help Centre, Cancellation Policy). You can add as many as you need.

Upload your logo from the branding page. Supported formats are PNG, JPEG, WebP, and GIF. Once uploaded and confirmed, the logo appears in the preview immediately.

The logo sits in a white rounded panel in both the email header and the portal header, so a dark logo stays visible whichever brand colour you pick. Choose a wide, roughly 40-pixel-tall image for the sharpest result.

To replace the logo, upload a new file. To remove it entirely, delete it from the branding page -- emails and portal pages will then display without a logo image, starting at your display name instead.

Footer links let you direct customers to important resources. Each link has a label and a URL. Common examples:

  • Help Centre
  • Cancellation Policy
  • Terms and Conditions
  • Privacy Policy

Empty rows (missing label or URL) are ignored and will not appear in sent emails or on portal pages. Links must point to a web address (http:// or https://); any other kind of link is dropped. You can reorder links by removing and re-adding them.

Support Email

The support email shown to customers in your emails and on the portal is your sender's reply-to address. Configure it under Email Delivery or per-template in Managed Emails.

It is the one contact detail a segment cannot override: a segment-branded portal page still shows the workspace's support address.

Previewing Your Branding

Click Preview to generate a sample email using your current (unsaved) branding values. The preview appears directly below the form so you can check colours, logo placement, footer content, and link formatting before saving.

You do not need to save before previewing. The preview reflects whatever is currently in the form, making it easy to experiment with different colours or messages.

There is no separate portal preview -- the same values drive both surfaces, so opening one of your own orders in the customer portal shows the saved result.

Segment-Level Branding Overrides

If your agency operates multiple brands or departments, you can override branding on a per-segment basis. When a segment has its own branding values, both the emails and the portal pages for orders in that segment use the segment's branding instead of the workspace default.

Any field left blank in a segment's branding inherits the workspace value. This lets you override only what differs -- for example, a different logo and display name -- while keeping everything else consistent.

Segment branding is configured in Data > Segments when editing a segment.

How Branding Appears in Emails

All system emails -- whether sent from Managed Email templates, basic Email Delivery templates, or Actions -- apply your branding. The layout follows a standard structure:

  1. Header -- Logo (if uploaded) and display name, accented with your brand colour.
  2. Body -- The email content defined by the template.
  3. Footer -- Address, support phone, footer message, and footer links.

How Branding Appears in the Customer Portal

Order pages carry the brand of the order's segment; group pages and gift-certificate pages carry the workspace brand, because they can span several segments.

  1. Header band -- Logo (if uploaded), display name, and the order details, filled with your brand colour.
  2. Page content -- Stays on a neutral background, so booking details and amounts read as clearly as they do today.
  3. Footer -- Display name, support email, phone, website, address, and footer links.

Booking pages -- the trip, widget, and gift-certificate purchase flows -- are not branded yet.

How It Connects

  • Workspace Settings -- The workspace name is used as a fallback display name when branding does not specify one.
  • Email Delivery -- The sender address and basic templates. Branding wraps the visual frame around email content.
  • Managed Emails -- Advanced templates whose content appears inside your branded layout.
  • Senders -- The reply-to address shown as the support email in branded emails.
  • Data > Segments -- Per-segment branding overrides for multi-brand agencies, applied to that segment's emails and portal pages.
