Billing

Understand your subscription plan, usage limits, and how they affect your workspace.

Your subscription plan determines the limits for your workspace and which optional features are available. Usage metrics are displayed on the Dashboard so you can track your current consumption at a glance.

Subscription Plans

Itsy offers five subscription tiers:

Email limits equal five times the order limit within your plan. When you reach your order or email limit, you need to upgrade your plan to continue creating orders or sending emails. Contact your account manager for plan pricing and upgrades.

Usage Metrics

The dashboard displays progress bars tracking real-time usage for your current billing period:

  • Orders Created — Orders created this billing period versus your limit
  • Emails Sent — Automated emails sent versus your limit
  • Portal Views — Customer views of your public booking portal
  • Automation Runs — Action automations executed

Each metric also shows a comparison against the same period in the previous month so you can spot trends. The progress bar changes color as you approach a limit. Elite plans have no usage limits.

Optional Features

Your workspace can enable optional feature flags that unlock additional capabilities. These are controlled by your subscription plan and activated by support. See Workspace Settings > Optional Features for the full list of available features and what each one enables.

How It Connects

  • Workspace — Your subscription plan sets the limits for workspace operations and determines which features are available.
  • Dashboard — Usage metrics (orders, emails, portal views, and automation runs) are displayed on the dashboard.
  • Actions — Email automation counts contribute to your plan's email usage.
  • Orders — Order creation counts against your subscription tier's order limit.
