Things don't always progress quickly on the product side when you're a solo founder. Balancing the development, marketing, and daily operations can feel overwhelming at times. However, one of the most rewarding aspects of the journey is engaging with both current clients and prospective ones. These conversations are invaluable—they offer fresh perspectives, constructive feedback, and often provide the inspiration needed to shape the future of the product.

When I take the time to connect with my users, I’m reminded that progress isn’t just measured by how many new features are released. It’s about building a product that truly serves its audience. These meetings help me step back, reflect on how Itsy is currently helping users, and find new ways to improve it.

As a solo founder, it's important to take a breath amidst the hustle. Those moments of pause, where you absorb feedback and thoughtfully plan the next steps, are just as crucial as the days spent deep in development. Each conversation brings new insights, sparking ideas and reminding me that slow, steady progress—driven by real user needs—is far more valuable than rushing to release features that don’t fully serve the people using them.

So, while the pace may sometimes feel slower than I’d like, I’ve learned to embrace these moments of connection. They’re the ones that keep Itsy evolving, step by step, toward becoming an even better product.

... Happy Friday, and happy Itsying !
