Hey everyone! Two weeks into Itsy's launch, and we're already shipping major improvements. This week, we've completely revamped our customer-facing views with a fresh, intuitive interface that makes tracking your orders easier than ever. Navigation is streamlined, status updates are crystal clear, and everything you need is right where you'd expect it to be. It's been incredible seeing your response to Itsy so far, and as I pack my bags for Liverpool this weekend to watch my favorite team play, I'm energized by how much we've accomplished and what's coming next. Keep the feedback coming – it's what helps make Itsy better every week!

Thoughts
What a couple of weeks it's been since we launched Itsy. The response has been incredible, and I'm still riding that wave of excitement. Before I dive into this week's updates, I have to share that I'm writing this with an extra spring in my step – I'm heading to Liverpool this weekend to watch my team play! There's something poetic about celebrating our launch by watching the beautiful game in person.
Speaking of beautiful things, this week we rolled out a major overhaul of our customer-facing views. If you've been using Itsy as a client, you'll notice things look and feel quite different (in a good way, I promise!). We've completely redesigned the interface with one goal in mind: making it crystal clear where your order stands at any given moment.
Navigation has been streamlined significantly – no more clicking through multiple pages to find what you need. Everything important is right where you'd expect it to be, with a clean, intuitive layout that puts your order status front and center. Think of it as going from a maze to a straight path; we want you to get to your destination with zero confusion.
The new interface is just the beginning. We've been carefully noting all your feedback since launch, and this update addresses many of the initial pain points you shared with us. Transparency and ease of use were the two themes that kept coming up in our conversations with users, and we've made sure both are at the heart of this redesign.
Looking ahead, this update sets the foundation for some exciting features we're planning to roll out in the coming weeks. But for now, I'm going to take a moment to celebrate – both this milestone and hopefully a win this weekend in Liverpool!
