I worked on the promocodes this week with some improvements, and fixed a few bugs. Email scheduling of these updates will change going forward.

Released Updates​

Thoughts​

In responding to the feedback of a number of people receiving this update by email, I will not be sending this out weekly, but rather monthly. I will still be updating the site weekly, but the email will be sent out once a month with a larger update.

This week was pretty productive. I am rewriting the Rates functionality a bit, simplifying the endpoints and working on making it easier to use.

Also, I made some improvements to the Promocodes functionality, and fixed a few bugs. Now it's possible to control how the promocode is calculated when added to an order. Before there was only one amount for the promocode, but now it's possible to set it to be multiplied by the number of passengers in the order.

I also surfaced more information about the promocode usage, so it's possible to see the number of times each promocode has been used, and the total amount behind each code as well.
