Payments

Settings for the payment provider that is used by the workspace. In the public booking process, the customer is sent to a secure checkout page where the payment is completed. Itsy never handles any direct payments and does not keep any information about credit cards or any other payment information.

Currently, it is possible to select from three different providers.

Provider​

  • Rapyd: In the Rapyd backoffice system, find the accessKey and the secretKey and input them here so that Itsy can communicate with Rapyd on behalf of the workspace.

  • Stripe: In the Stripe backoffice, find the apiKey, input it here and Itsy can communicate with Stripe on behalf of the workspace.

  • Teya: For Teya, there are a few bits of information needed. Url, merchantId, merchantEmail, paymentGatewayId and secretKey. Find them in the Teya backoffice and then Itsy can communicate with the Teya systems on behalf of the workspace.
