Itsy uses the email service Postmark to send emails on your behalf to your customers. In order for you to use your own email sendin address, we need to create a new sender signature in Postmark.
When you change the email sending address we will automatically contact Postmark and they will kick off a process to confirm the new sender address. You will get an email from Postmark with confirmation instructions. When the confirmation has been completed, you can start sending emails from Itsy using the new email address.

Order confirmation
An email sent to the client email address when an order is created in the public booking process. A subject and message can be set here.
Payment reminder
In the Itsy application it is possible to send payment reminder emails to the order customer. A subject and message can be set here.
