My Work
Orders, trips, and groups assigned to you in one view.
My Work gathers every order, trip, and group assigned to you into one place. Instead of searching through full lists, you see only the items you are responsible for.
How It Works
Team members can be assigned to orders, trips, and groups. My Work collects all your assignments and displays them in three sections. You reach it from the sidebar under Dashboard > My Work.
Sections
My Orders
All orders assigned to you, listed with the following details:

| Order Code | Unique order reference |
| Client | Customer name |
| Trip | Associated trip name, shown when the order is linked to a trip |
| Departure | Departure date |
| Status | Order status and payment status, shown as icon badges |
| Price | Order total |
Click any order to open its detail page.
When no orders are assigned to you, a placeholder message explains that assigned orders will appear here.
My Trips
All trips assigned to you, listed with the following details:

All order groups assigned to you, listed with the following details:

Common Tasks
Find an order you are working on
Open Dashboard > My Work. Your assigned orders appear at the top. Click any order code to jump straight to its detail page.
Check which trips you are responsible for
Scroll to My Trips. Each row shows the trip name, departure date, participant count, and whether the trip is active. Click a trip to review its products.
See your group workload
Scroll to My Groups. The list shows every group assigned to you along with its order count and total value.
How It Connects
- Assignments -- Assign team members to orders, trips, and groups so they appear here.
- Orders -- Assigned orders appear under My Orders.
- Trips -- Assigned trips appear under My Trips.
- Groups -- Assigned groups appear under My Groups.
- Team -- Team members and roles are managed in settings.
